Delay announced to Plan

Horsham District Councillors were due to meet on Wednesday 28th July to vote on the Local Plan. However, at the eleventh hour HDC have announced a further delay - citing Government changes to the NPPF (National Planning Policy Framework).

It is unclear at this stage what this further delay may mean to the future of Rookwood.
